Hello everyone,

I polled the building this morning and you have expressed interest in joining 
the Cinco de Mayo Parade Committee. I'm going to send out another e-mail for 
those that I missed. There are 17 names on the list so far. The most popular 
times are listed below. 

Monday 8:15 
Thursday 8:15
Friday 8:15

I don't know that the committee needs to meet on the same day at the same time 
nor every week.

Barb has made an inquiry phone call. I am wondering if we should try to meet 
next week to look at next steps? Should we shoot for Friday at 8:15?
